Cool Claude

Howdy - MichelleO here today for High Hopes Stamps I pulled out Cool Claude for some fun! He is just TOO COOL! LOL

I thinks he pulls of the Cool Guy... perfectly! And that sentiment comes with him so that works out just perfectly. I colored Claude with my Copics (colors below) and then added some Marvy Snow Marker for some realistic snow and then some Nubo Clear for his glasses and ear muffs. He is just too cute don't you think? I found papers in my stash and matted everything in black card stock.

The layers are sewn together and then dots of Black Nuvo for the corners.

Close up of that fabulous "snow"

I just love this guy!

Party animals

Happy Sunday!

Well I'm stuck to my chair for about 2 weeks now, cause I had a little accident with another biker.. It turned out I broke my toe (yikes!). I don't have pain, only when I walk too much.. so walking from my kitchen table to my craft supplies doesn't help me recover. But it sure helps me to be creative with little supplies!
I colored up these cute animals a long long time ago and now is a great time to make CAS cards with already colored images ;)
I used these stamps for this set: Leo, Spike and Timothy Tiger

The sentiments are from My Favorite Things (it was a sale, I couldn't resist, hahaha!!).
I added some golden enamels and behind all animals is an action wobble!! How fun!!
Be sure to check out my Instagram (studio_tuktuk), I'll post a short video of Leo in action..

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great Sunday!

Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Have you heard the good news?? There is a new release coming!! Be sure to check in regular, because you don't want to miss this one!!

Peeking Bear Welcome

I don't have many welcome new baby cards in my stash so when I saw this adorable stamp from High Hopes I knew I had to colour it and make a card for my stash.
No one in my immediate future will need this card (that I know of) but I love this adorable bear and her/his rattle. You can colour it in boy, girl or in a case where I don't know the gender in yellows and greens. How fun would this be as a gift tag hmmm......

I coloured this sweet bear with alcohol markers and hand fussy cut it leaving a thing white edge. I found some paper from Carta Bella and cut it to size.
I added a cardstock circle with stitch marks and a lacey frame behind the bear, stamped and cut the sentiment and added it to some matching polka dot paper.
Some wood hearts and gumdrops finish off my card.

Card Recipe
Stamp: Peeking Baby Bear - High Hopes Rubber Stamps

Annie's Bushel!

Hi HH Friends!
This past weekend I attended an Apple & Cheese Festival in a small town close to me! There were all kinds of things "apple", lots of crafts and things for the kids to do. As we were driving there I saw some beautiful orchards and the trees were full of apples. There were workers in the fields picking the apples. It reminded me of the High Hopes "Annie's Bushel" stamp and I thought it would be perfect for my post today!
I chose paper from the Echo Park  "Autumn Blessings" collection.  I added some coordinating ribbon, bow and glitter pen to the red areas to finish off my card. I used the High Hopes sentiment called "If Friends Were Apples".
Copics Used:
Skin: E00, E21, E11, R20
Hair: N3, N7
Bushel: E43, E44, E47
dress: YG63, YG67, C1
Apples: R37, R39
Shoes: N4, N5, N7

Happy Stamping!
