New Shipping for US Customers!!!

Starting April 1st, High Hopes is no longer using Canada Post for orders going to the US but is using UPS/Purolator instead. This should greatly reduce shipping times. Your stamps are made to order, so after your stamps are made and packaged, they will be sent out by courier, instead of the sloooooow postal system. Tina and her family realized how frustrating it was to make their customers wait so long to receive their precious rubber, so they have done something about it! We've got High Hopes this change will make people much happier! (pun intended)

  1. Wow..that sounds great..but I am still waiting on an order I placed on March 9th!! I even have emailed a few times with no response. Does anyone know what in the world is going on there?? I just want my rubber!!! I only ordered the unmounted rubber so it shouldn't be that hard to get to me right? Plus I paid too much in shipping and haven't heard back about that yet either!! HELP!! I want my stamps!

  3. I too am waiting on two orders I placed the first part of March, and have gotten no response to several emails. What's going on?

  4. Yes, I must say, not to be rude, but I am pretty frustrated. I placed an order in February and I still do not have it. I am really hesitant to order any more stamps because I have sent an e-mail regarding my order and have not heard back for several days. (I actually have 3 orders in with you that were supposed to all go out together because they were placed so long ago) I love your stamps so much, but I am beginning to get worried that I won't get my stuff. Any response would be appreciated.

  5. Honestly... i don't care if you strap them to a dog and they run across country to get to me! I LOVE LOVE LOVE your stamps and I will order from you forever! I have had nothing but the best customer service from you and I just ADORE your stamps!!! Keep on Keeping on...you guys rock!

  6. I placed an order on March 8th which I still don't have, and they responded to my first email inquiry, but not my second. So while this announcement may sound good, they still have a backlog of orders.

  7. Thank you! It is frustrating to wait so long. I ordered in February and got them in April. I will say that my email inquiries were answered immediately when I asked about my order.

  8. I love High Hopes images, but I will need to read less negative comments and more positive comments on Splitcoast before I am confident in ordering again. I'm afraid that the change came a little too late for some customers. And not enough changes have been made. Changes in shipping costs for unmounted needs to be automatic on the site rather than having to use email. And emails from customers need to be answered, and answered honestly.
