  5. I was just wondering if ANYONE has received their order??? My charge hit the cc in July and I heard nothing until Sept - received an email apologizing for overlooking my order and that it was going in the mail that evening - I should receive it in 2-5 business days - the next day I was to receive a tracking number. We are WAY past the 2-5 business day - I not only havent received my order, I haven't even received a tracking number. PLEASE what's going on.

  6. Elaine M., I too continue to wait for an order that was paid for in May! I've lost track of how many emails that I've sent, as well as the different email addresses that I've used. All have been ignored. I'd dearly love to play along with their challenges, but alas I have not received my order. Such a shame that this company could have gotten several stamp orders from me. Beautiful stamps, very poor business practice!!!! Even more a shame that we have to resort to leaving this in the comments section.

  7. Eva - I totally agree - it's one thing when we are ignored but when they send an apology and a promise that they are putting your order in the mail THAT NIGHT knowing that they aren't really...that's just WRONG. I always thought High Hopes had integrity - so sad.

  10. Thanks so much Nikki. Any help at this point is greatly appreciated. Again it's a shame to have to resort to this, but I'm at my wits end and extremely frustrated! This is the first stamp company I've had this happen with. Maybe now we can get our orders. Again, thank you!

  11. Nikki - I'll appreciate anything you can do to push our orders through. But could you do more than forward our messages - we've been told that before without good results.

  12. Elaine- have you heard anything from them yet? 3 days and counting for me!
Looks like not much is going to change. I sure wish I had spent my money on a more reliable company.

  13. GOOD NEWS - HAPPY DANCE!!!!!!!!!!
If anyone else is WAITING forever for their order to arrive, be encouraged!! I JUST THIS EVENING(9-30)received my order--FINALLY!!!!!!! I am beyond relieved. This has been such a yukky experience, I'm not sure if there will be the joy I used to feel using High Hopes stamps - time will tell. I'm putting this with our original email letters and on the current blog as well so no one will miss the good news.

  14. Elaine, I'm so happy for you. I certainly hope that I can report the same good news soon too. I ordered a month or so earlier than you did, but maybe there is hope after all! Thanks so much for sharing.
Contact saying that they are on the way..... I mean really on the way would be great!!!!!!
