Flutter'in By

My thinking of you, sending smiles, just because card stash is getting pretty big. However, when I saw the super sweet "Lynn Angel" in the High Hopes line up I knew I had to make one more card for my stash before I start sending them out.
With not being able to see anyone right now it will be fun to choose cards from my stash and send some happy mail to family and friends. I know exactly who I will be flutter'in by to say hi to with this one <smile>

I coloured up this sweet angel with alcohol markers, cut her out using a circle die and cut a matching cardstock circle to go behind her. Star Dust Stickles were added to her wings, shoe button and dress buttons for a bit of bling.
I love the small flower paper in the Misty Mountains pad by Kaiserkraft and added some Watercolor Wash paper to create my background layers.

A banner die from Sizzix was a great way to add a layer behind the image. To get the cardstock piece behind it, I traced the outside of the die - it is much wider then the actual die cut - cut it and trimmed it down to the size I wanted. Some matching ribbon and enamel dots finish off my card.
