Snowy's Friends!

Hello!!

It seriously doesn't get any cuter than this! Two of my favourite things......Snowmen and Penguins! My Grandma loved Penguins so any time I see one it just brings but such fond memories of Her! This adorable stamp is from High Hopes Stamps and is called "Snowy's Friends"!

I've had this paper in my stash for awhile and I love that it combines tractional Christmas colours with some black! The papers are from the Brazill Basics Paper Countdown to Christmas 6x6 collection. It's hard to see but there are some Crystal Stickles on each of the characters.

On this card I coloured everything the same but on the Bear I used some of my Copic Solution "0" and a washcloth to make a fur type texture!

Thanksgiving Treat Boxes!!!

Welcome to another Monday inspiration, 

Now that Halloween is over, it's time to focus on Thanksgiving. 

 For today I have a couple treat boxes!

Today I'm using "Tommy Turkey" colored with alcohol markers and fussy cut it. The paper is an old pattern paper from my stash. Each Turkey treat box is embellished with seam-binding ribbon, buttons, sequins, white gel pen and Nuvo drops.

Ice Skating

Happy Sunday!!

Today I'd like to show you these Ice Skating themed winter cards..

On both cards I've used the Frozen Skating Pond. It is a beautiful background stamp to add some depth in your cards..

On this card I've used Ice Princess. Of course in cute pink colours, for a little girl.

And I've also made a card with the funny Skating Mudzie. 

Dessinpapers are from Noor! Winteredition, I've used dark blue cardstock from Bazzill. 

Added foam tape to create a 3d dimension.

This sweet image is coloured with Copic Markers and added to a easel base.  Sewing stitches to create a 

border around the image, gold Stickles, gems, distress inks and white acrylic paint were added to the card.

I used lots of brown yellow and gold tones on this design.

Chillin' Tommy Turkey

Hello High Hopes Fans!

The High Hopes Diva's have been sharing lots of Christmas inspiration all month long but since we are only a couple of weeks away from Thanksgiving in the US I thought I would share a quick and easy Thanksgiving card.

This is Chillin' Tommy Turkey.

I colored the image with my Prisma colored pencils.

(chocolate, Sienna, orange, yellow, grass green, cardinal, black)

I blended the pencil with gamsol and blending stumps.

The paper is The Paper Studio from Hobby Lobby.

The ribbon is May Arts.

The twine is Doodlebug Designs.

The pumpkin button is from my stash but I think it was from Michaels.
