I'm so glad you stopped by today to see this adorable "Buddy Bear's Surprise" from High Hopes Stamps! He's just too cute and just makes me smile! Buddy Bear makes the perfect Birthday card and fits in so well with the "Let's Celebrate" theme this month! I paired Buddy with the "Happy Bear-day" sentiment, perfect for him and this card!

I started my design process by stamping the image onto Copic friendly paper and coloured Buddy in with my Copic Sketch Markers. I'm in love with these papers from the Echo Park "Our Wedding" 6x6 collection. I have lots of layers on this card: banner die cuts, a heart banner, and small round doily die cut as well as the basic layers. I inked all the edges of my papers and die cuts with Distress Ink in Vintage Photo. Buddy and the sentiment are popped up with foam tape for added dimension.

Happy Bear-day!

Good morning HHS friends and welcome.

Today I bring you a Happy Bear-Day Card!

For my card I'm used "Sitting Buddy with Balloon" and 

"Happy Bear-day" from High Hopes Stamps

Supplies List; light blue cardstock for my base,

the pattern paper is from  my local craft store. Copic I used bear body E23 E25 E51 balloon/bow B000 B02 grass Y02 YG03 YG13 birthday hat Y11 Y13 YR02 YR04 RV00 RV10

As a finishing touch, I added pearls, star dust stickles and glossy accent. Pop my image with foam tape & finish my card. Thank you for visit my blog today.

Happy Day To You!

One can never have enough birthday cards in their stash! I seem to go through them quickly and am always looking for an adorable image to make a birthday card with. When I saw "Sitting Party Buddy" from High Hopes Stamps, I knew I had to have him! Buddy is perfect for a girl or boy themed card or you can use it for a first birthday!

Using my MISTI, I stamped the image and the "Happy Bear-day" sentiment onto some Copic friendly paper. Next, I coloured Buddy in to match the papers in the Echo Park "Birthday Wishes" 6x6 collection. Then I used the CDD "Fancy Frames" die set to cut out all of my die cuts. I mounted Buddy and the banner die cuts with foam squares. I love the added dimension foam tape brings to your design!
