Raindrop Willa

Howdy - 

This week for High Hopes Stamps I went cute and yet bold! This image is Raindrops Willa - I adore her!

 

She is colored with Copics (colors below) Then I added some Nuvo Glitter for those raindrops. Love the glitter drops. My papers are from Daisy's D's collection. A little shabby.. yet very bold and bright! I sewed down the layers with a zig zag stitch, and then added an EK Success punch border to a band of pattern paper. All sewn down. Wilma was also sewn down to a piece of kraft card stock. The sentiment from High Hopes Stamps "Rain or Shine". Such a sweet image for a friend. Punched with an EK Success Ticket punch lined with a red Copic marker.

The sun's out, the snow is melting the days are getting longer and it's March! I'm feeling happy knowing that Spring is just around the corner!! Meet "Raindrops Willa" from High Hopes Rubber stamps! Willa is just so adorable and I love her blue eyes! She makes me long for the daisies in my backyard.

I stamped Willa on to some Copic friendly paper and went ahead and coloured her in with my Copic Sketch markers. Next using a "Fancy Stitched Label" die, I cut her out. Willa is popped up with some foam squares for added dimension. My papers today are from the Bo Bunny "Pincushion" 6x6 collection. I love the "Sending Smiles" sentiment from High Hopes. It's one of my go to sentiments. Some matching enamel dots finish off my card. Oops I just noticed I forgot to colour in the black dots on the ladybug LOL. I'll do that now!

Raindrops Willa

Howdy - MichelleO here today - Have you seen the new release at High Hopes Stamps? I have been having so much fun with them! This is Raindrops Willa - isn't she precious?

I colored with my Copics (colors below) and then shaded with pencils. The Raindrops I added Viva Decor Sparkle Drops. For my sentiment I used a great Get Well Sentiment from High Hopes Stamps - "Better Quickly" Love this poem to send as a Get Well. The colors matched up well with an older SEI dotted paper. Love how it works so well and simple with this image. And I love papers that are two sided to match up perfectly.

Rain or Shine

I don't know where the last couple of months have gone but my goodness time pass quickly!! 

We released 19 brand new images this week & I decided to play with one of the new Willa's.  There are 4 in the collection.  I can't decide which one is my favorite.  I colored all 4 of them just couldn't help myself they are so cute.  This is Raindrops Willa with the Dot Rain or Shine sentiment.

I wanted to make a shape card a little different for the standard card.  I used my cloud dies from MFT to cut the edges of the card base.  I like it & will surely use the idea again.

Here is a side view, I popped up both the image & the sentiment for the CAS style card.

I colored up Raindrops will with Copics, my go to lol, these are my color choices:

Warm Grey - W5, W3, W1, W0

Ears & Hands - E04, R20, R11

Green - G46, F43, G40

Yellow/Green - YG07, YG06, YG05, YG01

Ladybug - R17, 110

Raindrops - B02, B00, B000

Eyes - B00, E02
