Falling For You!

Happy Tuesday!!
I love Tuesdays because it means you'll find me over on the High Hopes Blog with more of the super cute images from their New January Release called Live, Laugh, Love! Meet "Leo Meets Lana". Leo saw Lana and with one swoop he fell instantly in love with her LOL!
I love this interactive element from MFT that lets your image spin and move around the circle! Leo loves it because he spun around and planted a kiss on Lana's Cheek!!!
My paper is from the Pebbles Be Mine 6x6 collection. I used 2 different border dies to create the heart flowers! A ribbon bow and some Stickles on Lana's bow finished off my card.
This sentiment is "Loved By You" from the new release also.
Copics Used:
Turtles: YG21, YG23, YG25, R20/ E50, E51, E53, E55
Bow: R32, R35, R37

Valentines Sweet treats!

Hi there, it's Saturday and I am a happy camper!
I've waited all week for this day!
Today's creation is made with the following
High Hopes stamps!
Today's project is a sweet one.... lol
I Grabbed a pack of chocolate hearts  from our
local store and divided them up into packages.
Created heart conversation tags and a fun dino
package for the kids.

The conversation hearts are stamped with Tim Holtz Festive berries. Red twine  and  Valentines gem hearts for some extra love.  I though that a hand written note could be added to each tag! :)

The Dino treat bag was created using a treat topper die.   You could hand cut card stock just as easily if you do not have the treat topper.  Heart embossing folder, Kraft paper for the sentiment and brown twine too.   I like the clear bags this way you can see the treats inside the bag!!
Thanks for peeking!

Shower Of Love

Welcome back High Hopes Fans! I hope you're having a good week!

We have been experiencing warm, higher then normal temperatures where I live. Nice considering it's January, not so nice because it has meant freezing rain and rain are usually on the weather menu.

Since we have been having so much rain I decided playing with "Shower of Love" was kind of an appropriate stamp to play with this week. I think this stamp could be used for a number of different occasions like a wedding, bridal shower or Valentine's Day to name a few.

After colouring my stamp with alcohol markers I cut it out using a stitched rectangle die - I love the stitched look on my cards!
After cutting a piece of matching blue cardstock I ran it through my Big Kick to add the tiny heart detail in the corner. I used a banner die for my heart in the corner and used the larger heart cut out from that as an embellishment. The tiny heart from was added to my banner die and voila! A masculine colour/feel  Valentine's Day card.

Card Recipe
Stamp: Shower Of Love (R144) - High Hopes Rubber Stamps
Patterned Paper: Posh - Simple Stories
Tuxedo Black ink - MementoCopic XpressIt cardstock,  Build A Banner die - Whimsy Stamps

Spectrum Noir Markers: BGR2 BGR4 BGR5 TN1 EB1 EB2 FS6 CR3 CR1 1G2 1G4 1G5 GT1 GT2 BT2 CT2 GB4 1G1

Kovu Drops In

Howdy - MichelleO here today and I am really enjoying playing with more High Hopes Stamps this week. And this week "Kovu Drops In"

Isn't he just adorable! I saw that sweet little blanket he is dropping in with as an opportunity paper pieced effect. Picked my papers from Pebbles Front Porch collection. Love that gingham with the flowers papers. So I colored with my copics (colors below) and then stamped and cut out the blanket out of the gingham paper and the red pattern paper.  Then glued the pieces onto the image. I sewed the papers down with zig zag stitches. Some Martha Stewart Large leaf punches and Marvy small flowers for embellishment. White paint dotted for centers. Finished off with the great High Hopes sentiment "Falling For You"

Copic colors used -

There is so many wonderful images in this Live Love Laugh Release.. make sure to visit them all

Thanks so much!
