Goodbye 2017!!

Happy Sunday!!

The last Sunday of this year.. well actually.. the last DAY of this year!! And what a year it has been!!
I enjoyed all the things that were created using High Hopes Stamps!! Thanks to everyone who has inspired me!

This card for today insprires me to look forward to the new year to come! Like Moses and the animals there is always a new beginning somewhere. It hasn't have to be tomorrow on January 1st, but anytime is a good time to start a new, fresh beginning!!

My good intentions for the new year is to use my current stash (and buy no more stuff, haha!), I also would like to lose some weight, spend more time with my kids (and not being distracted by social media).

Supplies used: Noah's Portret, Magnolia dessinpaper clouds, cloud dies, alphabet dies, Bazzill white and black paper, Nuova glitters,  Copics:

Wishing you all a happy New Years Eve and be carefull with fireworks!!

No Peeking, Poking or Shaking Tags!

Merry Christmas friends,
The day is finally here, and I'm sure many of us are still completing last minute projects. I am still creating last minute tags for my bakes and handmade gifts.

Today I am using Chilly Penguin and for the sentiment No Peeking, Poking or Shaking from High Hopes Stamps

To created this tag, I stamped this adorable image with black archival ink and used my Prismacolor pencils. I added in a stitched oval die and layered with a second larger stitched oval die. Paper from Pebbles "Home For Christmas" To finish my tag I used a couple mini gold bells, ribbons and threads from my stash.

Here is the back!
That's all for today hope you have enjoyed today's post.

Holiday Cheer All Year

It is only 4 days until Christmas but I had to make one last Christmas card to share with you.
I made this card with all of you in mind, our High Hopes Fans, my fellow design team members and blog followers.

My wish for all of you is health, happiness and holiday cheer to last all year. I'm looking forward to another year of fun and sharing cards and projects. Merry Christmas to you!

I coloured my card with alcohol markers and hand fussy cut it. I love some bling and glitter on my Christmas cards so I added some glittery snow and Nuvo glitter drops to the "yard", house and sky. I cut out a fun frame totally by accident to be honest <wink> but that is a story for another day and added it behind my image. The sentiment was stamped and cut out using a fish tail banner die. Some matching ribbon and my favourite - gumdrops - finish off my card.

Card Recipe
Stamp: Gingerbread House In Heart - High Hopes Rubber Stamps
Sentiment:Holiday All Year - High Hopes Rubber Stamps
Patterned Paper: Gingerbread Cottage - Craft Smith

Spectrum Noir Markers: MB1 MB3 MB4 YG1 YG3 CR7 DR6 LY1 LY3

Goliath Christmas Mouse

Happy Friday High Hopes Fans!

Just 9 more days left till Christmas and if you still have some last minute cards to make this is a quick cute one that you can make with any Sizzix Flip it Die.

I used one of High Hopes older images, Goliath Christmas Mouse.
I colored the image with Prisma Colored Pencils (warm grey, cardinal red, yellow, black)

The patterned paper is from The Paper Studio.
I tied green grossgrain ribbon (Celebrate it) around the card and then glued bells on.

The inside sentiment is Magic of Christmas.

I hope you are enjoying the holiday season and aren't too stressed out with all the "stuff"!

Take some time to stamp and have fun...you'll be glad you did!

Merry Christmas, Eh?

Happy Friday to my High Hopes Fans!

I am sharing a fun High Hopes Christmas Card that I made with one of the older images from High Hopes.

This is Joey Snowy.
He reminds me so much of Frosty the snowman with his happy face!

I colored him with Prisma Pencils (spring green, cardinal red, black, orange)
I used B000 copic marker to outline him.
I created the snow with white Puffy Paint and the glittery stickers are Jollees.

The paper is from my favorite go to pack of Christmas paper by The Paper Studio.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Ice Skating Oops!

A couple weeks ago I attend my first ever weekend retreat with One Crazy Stamper. I had way too much fun, lots of laughs and well......you know ..what happens at the retreat, stays at the retreat!

Our welcome package included some 12 x 12 paper, ribbon, chipboard and a sketch and a challenge should we choose to accept it. Create a card or layout with the patterned paper in the kit but we could make it our own.

I decided Oops Oliver was the perfect stamp to match the paper in pack. I added a fun sentiment I had taken with me. I coloured him up, added silver gel pen to his skate blades and cut him out with a stitched oval die. Some silver ribbon and enamel dots finish off my card.
I didn't win the challenge - so many talented ladies played along - but I had way too much fun making this card!

Card Recipe
Stamp: Oops Oliver Bear - High Hopes Rubber Stamps
Sentiment:Days Like This - High Hopes Rubber Stamps
Patterned Paper: Echo Park
Tuxedo Black Memento ink, Misti, stitched oval die - Your Next Stamp, oval die - Spellbinders, stitched rectangle die - Your Next Stamp, silver gel pen, Ribbon Trends ribbon, enamel dots - Echo Park, pop dots, Crystal Stickles

Spectrum Noir Markers: TB8 BT9 TB9 BG5 BG7 BG10 MB1 MB3 MB4 CG1 DG2 DG4 DR5 DR1 DR7 IG1 IG3 IG5

Quick And Easy Christmas Card!

Hi everyone,
Carolina here back with a quick and easy set of three Christmas tags!

For today's I'm using "Peeking Ginger Tag"from High Hopes Stamps

I stamped my image with Black Archival ink into a pre-made manila tag.
To colored the tags I used the first color pencils set I purchased 10yrs ago (Earth Colors) from EK-SUCCESS not a good quality color pencil but, they still do the job...Lol! After the tags were colored I likely distress it with Vintage Photo, add some ribbon and red treat. The sentiment is an old sentiment set from my stash. That's all for today hope you have enjoyed today's post.

There is still time to join our monthly challenge. This month is "Winter JoyYou will have the chance to win 2 Free  High Hopes Stamp.
