Koala shaker card

Happy Sunday!

I love shaker cards!! You'll know even before you open the envelope, it's going to be a fun card!!
So shaker cards don't have to be big, this is a 4"x6" card, and I've created the shaker element behind the photo die, just by adding some matching beads.
The stamp I've used is this cute Koala, you can find it HERE. Just by adding flowers and some leaves, it looks like the Koala is sitting on a branch.

To make this card, I've used:
*High Hopes Rubber Stamps: Koala
*Bazzill Basics: white, green cardstock
*Echo Park dessinpaper
*Wild Orchid Flowers: roses and leaves
*MFT photo die
*Joy!Craft eucalyptus die
*other: Copic paper, black ink, Pergaglue, foam tape, beads

New schoolyear!

Happy Sunday!

Today is the last day of Summer Holiday, that means tomorrow is the start of a new school year for my kids. And it is definitely going to be a better year for them!! My daughter is in her last year of Primary school now. She did great last year giving the circumstances she had to deal with! My son found it more difficult to deal with, so he is doing a year over. No worries, he is going to rock this year!!
So my daughter likes to read (in class too) a lot and I made her a new booklet with Mouse Tales.

To make this:
*High Hopes Rubber Stamps: Mouse Tales
*Bazzill Basics: white and black cardstock

Snowlady Surprise

Happy Sunday!

My second Christmas card this year with our Christmas in July theme..
Well, I'd better make a lot more while I'm in this mood, cause I always seem to run out of time at the end of the year.. Am I the only one??
Well, for today I have this cute Snowlady Surprise to show you. I like this stamp, cause you can use this as a Christmas card as well as a birthday card! Therefor I didn't add a sentiment yet, so I can decide at the last moment what kind of card it will be.. ;)

The base of this card is made using white cardstock by Bazill Basics. The dessinpapers are from My Minds Eye (real old ones).. I've added some kraft photo corners and some little wooden stars (they are my all time favorite embellishments!!). Some snowflakes with Uniquely Creative dies and the round stitched die is also from Uniquely Creative.
To get a snowy feel, I've used a pearl maker. And I really like it! It shows the dots very well:

Glowing Spirit Snowy

Happy Sunday!

It's Christmas in July at High Hopes Stamps! This whole month we are showing you our inspiration for the one time every year you're going to need a lot of cards :)
Today I am starting with a shaped base card. I like those cards, they give it just that bit extra I think..
It's made with a die from CreaLies, but you can use any die for this..

I've coloured up Glowing Spirit Snowy, and die-cut a stiched rectangle with a Uniquely Creative die. I've added the paper stars, wich I made with a JoyCrafts die.
Behind the image, I've placed 2 doilies. And at last I've also added some pearls from Pretty Pink Posh.

Heard the news...

Happy Sunday!

Today is the last Sunday of June and that means the last of my 5 birthday cards from this month..
I came across this cute Newspaper Boy in my stash and it's a great stamp for a boy's birthday!
The sentiment is made (simply) in Word and added to a black stripe of cardstock, before glued all together on the card.
I had some fun star paperclips in my stash as well, and they fit perfectly with my colours!

On the inside I added the same dessinpaper and the rest of the sentiment..

To make this card, I've used:
*High Hopes Rubber Stamps: Newspaper boy
*Bazzill Basics: kraft and black cardstock
*dessinpapers from stash
*paperclip stars from stash
*other: Pergaglue, Copic paper, black ink, Copics used:

Stretch

Happy Sunday!!

This is my favorite stamp of High Hopes Rubber Stamps: Stretch. It was one of my first stamps and I still love it! I've used it for newborn cards, for name-tags when my son went to the Zoo with his school... lots of ideas with this cute giraffe!!
Today Stretch is on the 4th birthday card of this month.. It looks like he is quite pleased with all those Presents he has with him ;)
Well Happy Birthday to whoever gets this card!!

Behind Stretch there's an action wobble. I've used the Presents to cover up parts of the action wobble:

To make this card, I've used:
*High Hopes Rubber Stamps: Stretch, Presents, Happy birthday script
*Bazzill Basics cardstock: white, kraft
*dessinpapers: My Minds Eye
*other: Copic Paper, Copic Markers, action wobble, black ink, Pergaglue

Showhorse

Happy Sunday!!

It's the second Sunday of June with our birthday cards theme..
For this card I combined a circus stamp with a fairytale stamp and I really love the outcome!!
I've diecut a square on the front of the card, so you can see the Castle in the background on the inside of the card. I love how the Showhorse stands out on a window frame!!

On the inside I've diecut a grey square and glued the Castle image on top.
For the grass I've diecut some green cardstock with a Stithed Edge die to create hills..
The sentiment Birthday Wishes is inked on a mini Stitched Tag and I've placed it right behind the Show Horse, so you can't see the tag when the card is closed.

Inside card
To make this card, I've used:
*High Hopes Rubber Stamps: Show Horse, Castle, Birthday Wishes
*Bazzill Basics cardstock: white, grey, green
*dies: Stitched Square, Stitched Tag, Stitched Edges (Uniquely Creative)
