High Hopes New Email Address!!

Some customers have been having issues with their orders directly from High Hopes and apparently, the messages sent to the current email address have been hit or miss.

I have just received information that a new address has been set up just this evening, so if you have a pending order that you are waiting for or having been trying to contact them for whatever reason, please use this new email address.... highhopesstamps@gmail.com and Bethany has promised to respond to each message within 24-48 hours.

Hi Bethany
I have been trying to get my order through to you since approx 26th July but both sympatico and original email addresses have not got through. I reposted tonight to the given gmail address, but that has come back as undeliverable. Can you please confirm what the problem is.

I am wanting to check the progress of an order I paid for on 8 June but haven't heard anything or received the stamps. I have emailed to both email addresses about 7 times so far with no response. Could you please let me know what is happening?

Hello Bethany. I sent you an email on Aug. 11/09 to your new email address which says you will reply within 24-48 hours. You have not replied. I am still waiting for the missing stamps from my orders placed in May along with the challenge #28 stamps. What is the status please?

Hello Bethany and Tina,
I just wanted to let you know that I have sent an e-mail to all 3 of your address in regards to my two orders. I had received an e-mail saying that I would receive a tracking number on monday the 17th of Aug. but I didn't and I still don't have my orders.
Could you please check for me. I decided to post here only because I didn't know if cyber space is still eating your e-mails or if you are all on vaccation right now.

Hi Bethany, I'm waiting for my order since 12. may. I don't receive an answer from you and I have wrote you reams of mails on all 3 addresses. But your last answer was from 10.july then I should mail you my order again, but that was the last sign of life and all mails after then from me weren't answered and my stamps don't arrived. I'm very disappointed. Now I choose this way, maybe you answer me now? I hope so

Bethany, I'm sure this is getting pretty OLD for you. Trust me, HH using my money is getting OLD for me too!

I placed an order, AND PAID FOR THAT ORDER THROUGH PAYPAL, on JULY 5, 2009. I received an email giving me the Order No.7932720. No more communication.

On August 25, another email was sent (to the new email address. A promise of a response within 24-48 hours is a farce. I know you received the order or I wouldn't have an order number.

I really love your product but your business acumen stinks!

May I please have my order or return my money!

Looks like I'm not the only one wondering where my stamps are. I too am waiting for a simple email to confirm they know I'm there and when they will get around to my order. Waiting since the end of July.

I would very much like to know how long its going to take before I get my order.

Like others I've placed my order on July 18 th, paid through Paypal, got an ordernr: 7953142 and than nothing. No reply to my mails so answer within 48 hours is not true.

Would really like my order or at least my money back, this isn't fun anymore.
