Sunday with Ginger Boy Banner

Happy Sunday!

Welcome to our Sunday post with High Hopes Rubber Stamps. Today I'm playing with the adorably cute Ginger Boy Banner. It was fun to experiment with colors on this one and in the end, I love how his bright green trousers pair with the softer blues in the banner. The sentiment used here is Gingerbread Dreams.

The Warm Glow of Christmas

Hi HH Fans;

The DT Divas are using some older Christmas High Hopes Stamps for the month of October.  Before you get panicky, there is still two and half months 'til Christmas.

For today's card, I have used the adorable Glowing Spirit Snowy and Glow of Christmas, both from High Hopes Stamps.  After colouring the image with Copic Markers, I added some Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the candle, as well as some Nuvo Glitter Accents - Fresh Snowfall to the bottom of Snowy and some Nuvo Glitter Drops - White Blizzard to the trim on Snowy's hat.   I cut the sentiment into phrases, even though it was printed on two lines.

  • Stamps: Glowing Spirit Snowy (S226), Glow of Christmas (H235)
  • Paper:  XPress It Blending Cardstock, DP - Silent Night (Kaiser Kraft)
  • Copic Markers:

    • Y18 - Lightning Yellow, Y13 - Lemon Yellow, Y28 - Lionet Gold

Merry Christpaws

Even puppies have a Christmas wish list for Santa and this new "Puppy Wishes" stamp from the new Christmas release at High Hopes is no different.
He has put on his favourite Christmas hat and bow and is ready to spread some Christmas cheer! He is hoping Santa will notice and bring him everything on his  list!

I coloured this cutie with alcohol markers and added some Stickles to his hat. He is hand fussy cut and I used a black marker around the edge to get any white I may have missed and popped him up with some 3D foam pop dots. I added a smidge of shading using Prismacolor Pencils.
The sentiment was stamped and added to some matching cardstock. Patterned paper from Echo Park and Kaisercraft helped my design come together.
Gold sequins, matching ribbon and a wood heart coloured with gold Wink of Stella finish off my card.

Card Recipe
Stamp: Puppy Wishes - High Hopes Rubber Stamps

Snowman Love!

Happy Tuesday!
Have you seen the New Christmas 2019 Release from High Hopes stamps yet? It's absolutely adorable and I love all the new sentiments for Christmas released too! Today I am using the new stamp called "Snowman Love".
I decided to try to Challenge myself by not using Designer Papers as I usually do. So I went through my stash of goodies and found this adorable "Snowflake Swirl" embossing folder. I ran it through my Big Shot and then using Lucky Clover & Fired Brick Distress Inks blended the ink onto the embossed background. Next I took my Imagine Sheer Shimmer Sparkle Craft Spray and liberally sprayed the embossed paper! I couldn't get a good photo of the sparkle but trust me it's gorgeous!
I used a piece of the ink blended embossed paper on the inside with the new High Hopes sentiment called "Happy Holidays".
Copics Used:
Reds: R24, R27, R29/ R56
Greens: YG7, YG25, YG63, YG67
Yellow: Y15, Y17
Snowman: C0, C1, R01, YR04, YR07
Hat: T5, T7, T8

Make sure you head on over to the High Hopes Blog and the High Hopes Facebook page to see what the Design Team has created with all the New Christmas 2019 images!

Happy Stamping!
