You gotta love a skiing racoon!!

 Happy Saturday HH fans!

I can't believe how fast the Summer is going by this year....it's almost August!!

I wanted to at least pop in with one more Christmas In July card.  Today I'm using a previously retired image called Skiing Racoon.  This adorable image is now back up on the High Hopes website....how cool is that?!  I paired this cutie with the Hello Winter sentiment...now I can use it for both Winter & Christmas.

I used some older Echo Park patterned paper from my stash called Winter Park.  The rectangle dies are from Gina Marie, her dies are lovely.  I only added some satin ribbon & Star Dust Stickles for my embellishments.

Copic Colours
Red - R39, R37, R35
Shading - B000, B0000
Blue - B97, B95, B93
Skiis & Poles - C5, C3, C1, C0
Raccoon Black - N8, N6, N4
Raccoon Grey - N3, N2, N1, N0

Thanks so much for popping in today!

Hello Winter

Welcome Everyone;

Now that the rush of Christmas has come and gone, it is now New Year's Eve.  No doubt it will be a quiet one for people, but still celebrated as for saying good bye to 2021 and hello to 2022.

For my last card of the year I have used Bear, Mountains and paired with Hello Winter stamps from High Hopes Stamps.  These are all from the Woodland Winter Release.

After stamping them all on copic friendly paper, I coloured them with copic markers.  The mountains were stamped 3 times amd each one was also coloured with copic markers.  They were all fuzzy cut  and the outer edges touched up with a Tsukenko Memento Tuxedo Black Marker.  I created the mountains, by adding multiple layers.  White Blizzard from Nuvo Glitter Accents line was added to the mountain tops.  The enamel dots and a snowflake finished off this CAS card.

Supplies used:

  • Stamps:  Bear - TDG002, Mountains - TDG007, Hello Winter - FDG007 all from High Hopes Stamps Woodland Winter Release
  • Ink:  Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black
  • Paper:  XPress It Blending Cardstock, DP - North Country - Prima, Perfectly Plaid Winter - Lawn Fawn

Pillow Box & A Tag With HighHopesStamps!

Good morning,
I am excited to shared my project today.

Today I'm sharing a set of 3 Christmas pillow boxes I had created with an old but super adorable snowman stamp. Perfect to use as decoration on your table this Holidays or just to give with some goodies inside!

So I pulled out one of my favorite snowman stamps this week

The image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo black ink and colored with Copic markers. Once the images were coloured I fussy cut it leaving a small white border. Next I used my Sizzix Thinlist 660660to die cut the pillow boxes. I used foam tape to pop my snowmen. The ribbon and baker twine is from my stash.

I finish my boxes with a handmade heart garland and the word JOY
