It's a jungle out there!

I love plants! Not the bugs and the critters and the snake that comes along, when you're in a jungle, yikes! But just the plants! So you can wake me up to go to a garden center anytime! 

My favorite plants are orchids. While most people seem to find it hard to keep orchids alive, they seem to like it at my place, cause I don't often need to throw away an orchid. And they bloom also more than once! Yeay!

So while I was inspired by my plants, I wanted to create some jungle cards. 

I've used the MFT stamps pockets to create a large shaker card. Both the boy and the girl card.

And the inside for both cards (it's a Dutch sentiment, meaning Congratulations):

To make this card, I've used:

*High Hopes Rubber Stamps: Walkabout Wally, Sheila, Stanley Snake, Jungle Leaf Corner, 

*Bazzill Basics Cardstock: white and kraft

*MFT stamps: A2 rectangle die + matching pouches

*Pretty Pink Posh: green and pink confetti

*other: green and pink beads, Pergaglue, Dutch sentiment 'gefeliciteerd', Copic paper, Copic sketch markers, black ink, acrylic block

Jungle shadow box

Happy Sunday!!

And a happy Easter too!! 

Today I have a Happy Birthday card for you to show (with a Duch sentiment). 

I've bought this shadow-box (Lawn Fawn) die a couple of weeks ago, but I only used it once. It is such a simple and fast die to create a quick and fun card! 

It's not a big shadow-box, so all the Easter images I wanted to use were too big for this card. But there are many little stamps to create a fun card. This time I went for a jungle theme.. 

I used Banana Tree, Jungle Leave Corner, Neil Daimondback and Stanley Sea Snail ok, Stanley isn't a Jungle kind of type, but with this camouflage, he just fits right in ;)

The right Dutch sentiment is "Gefeliciteerd" and means Happy birthday. I added a few more sssss to the sentiment for a snakey touch, hahaha..
